Art Explorations – Spring
Join us for an exciting after-school art class designed specifically for 2nd through 6th graders! This is a fantastic opportunity for young artists to engage in a variety of creative experiences while receiving personalized attention in a small group setting.
What to Expect:
– Art Mediums: Explore a wide range of art forms, including ceramics, painting, and drawing.
– Hands-On Projects:
Create unique ceramic vessels, tie- dye T-shirts, vibrant paintings, and detailed observational drawings.
– Color Theory: Learn about colors and textures, and how they can enhance your artwork and evoke emotions. –

Take walks through the beautiful Marin Art and Gardens Center to gather inspiration from the natural world around you.
Teaching Philosophy: As an art teacher, my goal is to nurture creativity, develop skills, and foster a love for art. I believe that art can inspire, heal, and bring joy, and I am excited to share my knowledge and passion with each student. I am a credentialed art teacher with extensive experience, having dedicated many years to teaching in Marin.
