Spring Equinox Sound Meditation with Anderson Pugash
Registration through Eventbrite
The spring equinox is a moment of cosmic balance in the natural world. When the sun crosses the celestial equator on this day, it creates equal parts day and night. The symbolic balance of light and darkness creates a powerful moment to tap into the transformative energy of the transitioning seasons and the cosmos beyond. A moment where we can dissolve what we no longer want, and welcome in what does.
Please join sound meditation intuitives Anderson Pugash, Dan Dowdell and Ellian Raffoul for an evening of sound, sacredness and meditation. They will be sharing the vibrations of peace, serenity and love. The group creates a cosmic soundscape guided by their intuition and using a wide array of instruments including celestial gongs, gemstone-infused crystal bowls, flutes, crystal quartz harp, didgeridoo, drums and more.
As the creationary force of our universe, sound is unique in its ability to infuse every cell in the body with energy and intention. It is ever-present and accessible to all, yet infinite in possibility.
Space is limited, please be sure to secure your tickets in advance.
Please be sure to bring your own mat and cushions for your comfort.

Anderson Pugash
Anderson’s journey into sound meditation began with the search for inner harmony. After a series of challenging health and existential struggles, Nada yoga—the yoga of sound — brought about lasting physical and spiritual transformation. He shares this practice using a myriad of instruments from gemstone infused crystal bowls to European gongs, to allow the healing powers of sound to flow. Anderson studied Sound Healing at the Globe Institute, is a Reiki Master Practitioner and a student of non-dualism yoga. He is the co-founder of Palm House Hospitality and partner in the Flamingo Resort.

Dan Dowdell
Dan’s lifelong love of music, audio, and sound led him to the Globe Institute. Prior, he spent 25 years spreading good vibes in hospitality management. His ability to shift energy in social spaces forayed into his current wellness practice exploring the depth and power of vibration through instruments.
