Outdoor yoga on the lawn is back for the summer at Marin Art and Garden Center! Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy our popular yoga program with renowned local instructors Itzik Laron and Mirabai Warkulwiz.
Join us for a special blend of yoga stretch and Hatha flow aimed at improving strength and flexibility. In this class, we will start with basic poses and link them together into full sun salutations as we work towards a peak pose that will have you sweating and smiling. All ages and abilities are welcome!
Wednesdays from 5–6:15 pm, starting June 5
$15 per class in advance | $20 at the gate
Online registration closes at 12pm on Wednesdays.
Register in advance for just $15 per class; drop-ins are welcome but a minimum of 8 students must pre-register for class to take place. On site registration is $20 per class.
If you are pre-registered and we have less than 8 students, you will be notified by 1pm on the day of class if it has been canceled. You will receive a refund, or you can apply it to another class.
June 5–July 31
Itzik Laron has been leading Yoga in the Garden for three years. Whether it’s your first time at yoga or your an experienced practitioner, you’ll enjoy each class in a beautiful setting.
August 7–September 25
Mirabai Warkulwiz is a dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher of over 20 years. Her eclectic training is rooted in Sivananda, Ashtanga, Integral Hatha, and Restorative (Iyengar) yoga traditions. She also incorporates music and chanting for she is strongly rooted in the path of Bhakti yoga.
